Refund policy

You have 30 days after delivery to tell us if the print arrived damaged, defective, or wrong.

Email contact@printingpress.art with your order number and a photo of the sheet.

If we printed it wrong or it arrived damaged, we reprint or refund. We do not take returns because you changed your mind about the place — the sheet is made when you order.

Print only. Frame not included. A frame you bought at IKEA or Target is outside this policy.
